Corporate Office Building for Algoma Central Properties, St. Catharines, ON

• New 3 storey, 43,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant office building. Central VAV system with water-side economizer.

Hamilton City Centre, ON

• Major conversion of former Eaton’s Department Store to offices and retail, 250,000 sq. ft., to accommodate the relocation of City of Hamilton City Hall offices and staff. Project included new mechanical penthouse and complete infrastructure redevelopment and expansion of central HVAC system to suit the new application. All work was designed and scheduled so that the existing facility remained operational during construction.

Mississauga Passport Development Centre, Mississauga, ON

• Phases 1 & 2 construction of the Mississauga Passport Development Centre for the Federal Government, 25,000 sq. ft. Project comprised precision HVAC system with humidity control, full scale computer room, special lighting and communication systems, and a 100% emergency back-up generator.
